感谢您长期以来对艾曼斯的支持与信任!为了加强疫情防控工作，保障客户和员工的健康安全，艾曼斯(苏州)工程塑料有限公司积极响应政府号召，计划于2月10日复工。

我们大部分销售、技术、生产、后勤工作人员均已回到工作岗位，但是由于新冠肺炎并未得到完全遏制，大环境也未完全恢复正常运作，因此艾曼斯(苏州)工程塑料有限公司的生产、发货、物流都将受到不同程度的影响，进而影响到交货期。我们将竭尽所能利用有限的资源处理客户订单和解决发货问题。我们将充分利用台湾工厂，合理分配调度订单。同时我们也请求客户配合，能够提早下单或者提供预测，以便我们更合理有效地分配资源，尽可能满足交货期，保障您的利益。

Dear Customers:

Thank you for your long-standing support and trust in EMS-GRIVORY. In order to fully support the prevention and control the spreading of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia, ensure the health/safety of customers and employees, EMS-CHEMIE (Suzhou) Ltd. (hereafter abbreviated as EMS) thoroughly complies with the instructions issued by government and plans to resume work on February 10^th, 2020.

Most of our sales, technicians, production and logistics staff have returned to work. However, the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia has yet to be brought under control throughout China, the general environment has not fully returned to normal operations thus, production and logistics will be affected and consequently our deliveries. We will do our utmost to process customer orders, fulfill lead time and deliveries based on the limited resources, coordinate with our manufacturing site in Taiwan and re-arrange the orders in your best interest. We also request customers to place orders or provide forecasts as early as possible. This will enable us to allocate resources in a timely and efficient manner, and fulfil the lead time as much as possible.   

EMS will work with you to get through this special period. During this time, our sales and customer service will maintain close communication with you, overcome difficulties and solve problems in a coordinated manner.
